1. First Identify Which iPhone Installation Method You Are Following

2. Prepare the iPhone Before Installing Anything
- Open Settings > General > About and note the iOS version.
- Check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and make sure there is comfortable free space.
- Connect to stable Wi-Fi and keep the phone charged.
- Make sure Safari can open the intended website without being redirected to unrelated domains.

- Why does the installation need a profile?

If the answers are unclear, stop. Do not approve a profile because a support message pressures you to continue quickly.
5. Enterprise / Manually Installed App Trust
Apple’s current enterprise-app guidance explains that manually installed enterprise apps can require the user to establish trust in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. On newer Apple software, the exact wording can include an “Allow & Restart” flow rather than the older simple Trust button.
The important point is not the button name. It is the developer identity. Only establish trust when you can verify who supplied the app and why that developer should be trusted.
Internet connection can be required for verification
Apple notes that a manually installed enterprise app may need internet access to verify its developer certificate. If the device says “Not Verified”, first confirm the network is working rather than repeatedly deleting and reinstalling the app.
6. Certificate or Developer Verification Can Expire
Enterprise trust is not necessarily permanent. Apple devices can periodically re-verify the developer certificate. If an app worked yesterday but now says the developer cannot be verified, that can be a distribution/certificate issue rather than damage to the iPhone itself.
Do not solve that by installing random replacement profiles from search results. Confirm the current distribution method with the same account/provider channel you normally use.

8. If the App Is Installed but Will Not Open
Apple’s standard troubleshooting order is sensible: close and reopen the app, restart the device, check for updates and only then consider reinstalling. A reinstall can remove local app data, so confirm account access before deleting it.

9. Moving Mega888 to a New iPhone

10. Region-Specific Apple Distribution Rules
Apple has introduced alternative app-distribution options in some regions, but availability is not identical worldwide. Instructions written for the EU, Japan, Brazil or another market may not apply to a Malaysia Apple Account.
